Schneider Racist Hypocrites

So what really happened? Hell, we had a guy slam into a jersey barrier in the training yard. He bent the bumper in and cut a tire and they didn't fire him, he just had to go through more training. He was black too if it matters to you since you keep throwing the race/discrimination card or whatever you were trying to say. And yes, we lost a big percentage of the class too but that was on the first day when they couldn't pass the medical stuff. Thats why you're not hired until the 2ND day. At least 5 people in the class got a 2nd chance to do the final skills testing too. Sure didn't seem to me like they had a quota like you suggest. Schneider is cheap. Nobody can deny that. Why would they supply you a hotel room, free lunch, and 80 bucks a day if they had preselected who they were going to cut? So what did you do, or better yet what couldn't you do for them to let you go?

 

Maybe they used a minor problem for a good an legal excuse to get rid of a individual that was clear as day going to be a huge problem later

 

You say the instructors were sexually harassing you, did ya rub up on him and he denied you? So now you feel sexually harassed. Momma must've spoiled you telling you that you can do anything b.s. the real world says you can't. If you're serious about the job then work harder and be the best driver you are capable of after all there are no participation trophies out here. Cowboy up and get back in the saddle.

This all sounds like someone from the entitlement generation just found out there are no participation trophy's in trucking. Then true to form blames it all on racist and sexist rather than his / her lack of skills.

Fyi; Just because you managed to pass a simple state CDL test does not mean you should be driving a 80,000 lbs truck for a living on the open road.
