Schneider Team "Tips and Tricks" 2015

I have done Team and Solo.....I prefer team and having someone else in the truck really isn't an issue. When I'm not driving I'm in the back surfing the net, reading, sleeping or playing a video game. When I'm driving I prefer he's in the back...I like my solitude.

With that said....sleeping in a moving truck sucks sometimes. My first driver was excellent and I didn't have an issue. My next driver was lacking on the smooth part but he has gotten better. It's still difficult sometimes. The pay is so much better than solo.

 

I am not but I am still with Schneider. I took an office job working with 0-90 day drivers in Phoenix. Only for a year and the year runs out in September. I will be going back Over the Road in September. Still prefer team to solo!
