This may seem like a dumb question, but when Schneider says you earn say 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years, does that mean you get 2 weeks paid vacation every year onward (until you get more) or only 2 weeks paid vacation, after which you have to wait until you earn more?
I am assuming it is yearly, but I genuinely have not found an answer to if it is yearly onward or a more like a single time they give you

After your 2 year anniversary hire date, you get 2 weeks paid vacation until you reach the next anniversary phase (probably your 7 year anniversary) then you will get 3 weeks per year

So it is yearly?
