    Good luck.

I am a new driver. Landed at Schnieder on the Walmart account. It's a good gig. You work for your money and they want much from you. But, I have a load every night. Deposit money in my bank every Friday and I have a decent Freightliner.

    Nothing worth complaining about.

I thought the Orientation and Training was OK. The first night you have a full trailer of Tater-Tots and four stores to hit .... well, that is when your training actually begins.

    Have fun.

    In Fontana, say "hello".

On the boots ... I got the Rockies ... DO NOT LIKE THEM.

Physical Endurance Tests? Really? I never had to do those in the manufacturing industry. What does it consist of?

The physical test are really nothing, 1 min of steps, 10 deep knee bends and lifting 30-60 lbs, you can see it on the web site. Oh and on the boots I also got the rockies but I like them. like most boots, none fit everyone the same.

    BROKENSPROKET Thanks this.

You won't see me in Fontana,I'm up here in the NW only,OR,WA,ID & MT.
I went out today with another driver,we did two loads in 28' trailers around the Portland area,in fact one was right downtown Portland, that's why the short trailers.
Pretty hard work while unloading but no biggie I'm happy to do it to get home on the weekends and I need the workout anyway.
I go get my own truck on Monday and start my new job in earnest.
Looking forward to stay'n busy and getting plenty of home time.
