Its all true..My recruiter months ago,told me the whole spill,and,Not 1 thing didnt come true...I was very happy and still am till today with SNI.

 

So glad I took the time to read all of this!

 

I've been considering this for awhile and I've done all the research ... everything I've found hints that Schneider is the best, especially for someone just starting out "if" you can get on with them ...

Speaking of getting on, what's the skinny on female students? Do companies even look at female newbies (late 30's)? I'd hate to spend the money on training (only have a permit) only to be walked out, lol. I have 1 traffic violation from 2006. I heard that can ruin you b/c Schneider is tough.

 

Traffic convictions over 3 years won't get looked at. Being a female driver would only make a difference if your specific for a female trainer, which in case may be a wait time.

 

Rear end collisions will affect you for 15....per the West Memphis recruiter.

Which tells me they will look further than 3 years. But may or may not dismiss the accident/infraction, based on what it was.
