No, as a matter of fact.
We do not really know all of the facts."Back off" what?
Do you know the facts? :smt102
If so, ......... please pull on.:smt107 Small world, no?
Do they know you?
So far, we've heard about tandems lockin' up, a dropped drive-shaft, and layin' their company Big truck over on it's side, but it wasn't the fault of the Big truck truck driver drivin' the Big truck at the time, --- and the company lies and threatens their Big truck truck drivers to force 'em to do things of unspeakable horror to make more money for the company that only cares about the money.
And that's 'bout all we know.Who warned Schneider?
Was Extruckerswife's formertruckerhusband aware of an unsafe condition?
If so, why was it bein' driven?
Who made the decision to continue drivin' an unsafe Big truck?
Reason I ask is 'cause it's kinda crucial information needed to determine fact from fiction.
Fact is, it reads like fiction.
Perhaps you'd be so kind as to enlighten us?, .......... and if you could group multiple sentences into several paragraphs rather than one or two sentences total, and lackin' any detail, ....... we'd be jubilant, --- by golly. :smt045
By the way, ............ Welcome to the forums xtexasbabex.
Anxiously awaitin' your reply.
RoadToad69, jakecat22, 123456 and 1 other person Thank this. -
WoW!
Thanx xtexasbabex.
I think you've provided enough insight for us to identify the main problem here.
:smt091
Perpetualvictimitis seems to be hereditary, with no known medical cure available, --- the only hope for curing the affliction is self-induced. Combined with a sincere desire, there's a chance for improvement.
But, what are the odds y'all will attempt anything requiring such effort(s)?
By the way, ...... just how many of y'all were actually ridin' in that Big truck when the incident in question occurred?
'Cause if y'all weren't on board at that time, y'all only know what y'all were told happened.
That's a fact.
Repeating what'cha were told is, in fact, not a fact at all.
I know,
I know,
Tellin' y'all that proves beyond any doubt that I yam what I yam, and I yam a baaddd man --->
Sorry, ....... but sometimes the truth hurts.
It's twue!
It's twue!

Dava and RoadToad69 Thank this. -
I think you are on to something Gypsy. These newer trucks have Electronic Stability Control. Hit a ramp too fast and the brakes will lock up on one side to try and counter the g-force. Roll over and there is a good chance the driveshaft will come out. Hey, them brakes locked up unexpectantly, that's why it happened.
DOT Regulations......
§ 392.7
Equipment, inspection and use.
(a) No commercial motor vehicle shall be driven unless the driver is satisfied that the following parts and accessories are in good working order, nor shall any driver fail to use or make use of such parts and accessories when and as needed:Service brakes, including trailer brake connections.Parking (hand) brake.Steering mechanism.Lighting devices and reflectors.Tires.Horn.Windshield wiper or wipers.Rear-vision mirror or mirrors.Coupling devices
She wants all drivers to never ever drive for Schneider again so they will go under and all the ceo's go bankrupt, lose their houses and live under a bridge and then die a miserable death.
Does mom and daughter use the same computer and have the same email address? Do you want respect when you keep trying to pull wool over their eyes? Credibility? Some of these members are pretty smart. There are a few exceptions!
And please extruckerswife/xtexasbabex use the QUOTE button when replying to post. Nobody has a clue of your numerous responses to posts several pages back without it.Last edited: Jun 19, 2012

Information Overload, amigo.
Don't confuse 'er with the facts.
I reckon that's possible Condo.
It's also possible that it's a case of a split, or multiple, personalities, --- generally considered a disorder with symptoms that include excessive whinin'.
It's considered proper manners to offer some cheese to complement their whine.
When in transit and no adult beverages are allowed to to be on board, purple grape juice can be substituted to temporarily stifle the whinin'.
I once was blind,
but now I see.
.Amazing grace!
God saved a wretch like me.Uhhhhh, Condo, ...... didn't you just lecture about "Credibility"?
Then you go and make a statement like that? That's more like it, and possibly more factual.
Ya reckon.
Gotta admit, --- that's a fact. :smt112 -
WOW! I can't believe how this thread is heating back up! Now we have the "daughter" jumping in! Too funny! Gotta love the Life!
CondoCruiser and 123456 Thank this. -

We want to meet her sister!

Man I tell you what....
I was heading thru ATL this morning and watched a "shnidyers" truck rollover. Obvious cause was the mud flap he blew. Threw the aerodynamics way off causing a instant roll. I was going to stop and help but a "Warner" driver stopped and helped. Shortly after that another "shynger" driver assisted..
Like 10 mins later the boss of "shnadeir" called a offered me hush money or he would rape and pillage my goldfish.
They obviously don't care about their drivers because he destroyed over $100,000 in equipment and wouldn't give him a raise.123456, RoadToad69, Mister Ection and 1 other person Thank this. -
very simple...25 bucks per extra stop... I have nothing messed up. I just work hard.
