There must have been a reason for this meeting. A little more info would help. What did "they say" you did?

Ok, now which member of this thread is pulling our respective legs? One post made hmmm, and the name, Mistery spelled wrong gives it away. AfterShock is that you, you congenitivelegpulleryou!

SNI told you to take less money or leave? I find it hard to believe that they wanted to reduce your pay as a condition of further employment. Can you say a little more about your situation and talk with them?

Are you sure they're pullin' our respective legs?
Could they be pushin' our respective legs instead?
    Either way, I didn't feel a thang.
I wonder if the OP is aware of the mispellin'?
    I think so. :smt017
    Hold on a sec,
I'll go check to be sure.

    .
    Yeah, it's me.
    :toothy5:
    WhO?!
    Me?
I haven't pushed any congenitive legs since, ...... gosh, ...... I don't recall pushin' any congenitive legs ever. :biggrin_25512:
If I did and just don't remember, it would have been several years ago, ----- six or eight, maybe longer, ---
I remember it was right after hearin' that there's no such thang as "pull",
so I amended my vocabulary right then and thar, --- along with my M.O.
    No more pullin' legs,
    :biggrin_25512: strictly pushin' only. :yes2557:

However, I'll admit a certain fondness for tuggin' legs, be it considered pulled or pushed. :biggrin_255:
So your suspicions are not unfounded.
But I, Shakey AfterShock, --- besides havin' an image to protect and a reputation to consider, ---
have a rather sizable credit collection and I'll take all the credits I can get, --- so be assured that
if there's a credit to be had, it had better go to me, me, rather than to me with a different stage name.
Too hard for me to keep track of multiple stage names and/or handles, so I subscribe to the "K.I.S.S."philosophy.

    That is:
    K eep
    I t
    S imple
    S hakey.

I still get confused easily though.

    Anyway, --- that's my story
    and I'm stuck with it.

Heck they are testing out sending videos to the units. Play OK for a 2 min video. Also old software is updated to crap flow. ...

So this thread reminds me about a post on sni Facebook. Girl was PO because her bf and friend got fired for drinking on Sunday night during orientation. She was mad said it wasn't in the rule book about drinking.

If I understand orientation correctly people are not hired until they complete it so the company can send them home at any time during it for any reason whether in the rule book or not. A person should have enough sense not to drink until they are hired on and get their truck.

    Dava Thanks this.

The rule book is you cannot drink within 8 hours of driving, but if you are the secret service, you party til you puke and get behind a sniper rifle with a hang over. We live in a strange world.

    Dava and snowman01 Thank this.
