like I said, you will have different experiences depending on who you deal with.

My recruiter was great, she was on the top of her game, and is the biggest reason I came to work for SNI. Some recruiters from other companies just didn't get to me.

DBL's, my first was OK, we got along ok but the miles weren't there. I got a new DBL, we get along great and the weeks of under 2500 miles are few and far between unless TAH is involved.

Sorry you had a bad experience RoadCall, it is not a reflection on the company as a whole tho, every company has it's bad apples.

Agreed Jake, like I said I have read a LOT of good things about Schneider. They are the only mega carrier I would consider.

Maybe this will get Mr Wallace off his ###. Without drivers he doesnt have a job. Wednesday will make two weeks since I left him 3 voicemails and 2 emails. Ill call Green Bay Wednesday and let them know.

You guys be safe, Ive really enjoyed chatting with you guys, thanks again!

By the way, I did call Green Bay on Wednesday. When I explained what was going on to the recruiter there, they put me through to a supervisor named Gary. I explained the whole thing to him and 10 mins later I got a call from Mr. Wallace. After letting Mr Wallace know why I was so displeased, he said he didn't blame me and apologized for the difficulty I had. He seemed sincere, he didnt make excuses and took responsibility, so I have to give him props for that.

    jakecat22 Thanks this.

Donna is still there. There is also a recruiter named Aura Kerr in Charlotte now. They both came to the school this week. (Trans Tech/Charlotte diesel driving school.)
Donna recruits for van, Aura for tanker and intermodal.
