I got it figured out they need to pay me or they will owe me alot more.
If money looses value over time then why do all the bill collectors want my money? -
Yep
This is why I love caller ID -

How do you research the companies first? What are some examples of needs you are looking for in a company, and is there a spreadsheet with all the qualities and companies listed? One need I can think of is how often you are back home, etc, although that is not very important to me.
This is contradictory information with what somebody else said, that it's important to be from PTDI to be hired if you are inexperienced. -
However, if I had the choice of going to a PTDI certified community college based school or just a community college based school definitely go with the PTDI school.
If i had the choice between a non ptdi community college based program with a exceptional reputation vs a for profit PTDI business school Id opt for the community college program.
If i had the choice between a PTDI for profit school vs a non ptdi for profit. I would avoid the for profit driving school at all costs. In fact, I would run and run fast.
The fact of the matter is very few trainees last more than a few months.
Trainee pay has gone done considerably in the last 18 months. These companies just want to get the drivers seat filled. I dont really think they really care either. They'd rather give a newbie 28 cents a mile than hire someone with a real safe record and lots of experience for 40 cents. -
I would make sure that your school offers you the requirements for classroom hours.

i attended a driving school myself and im not sure if it was pdti or not but when i called crete they said that they aint hiring out of my school...so i tried another approach i contacted them once again and said i didnt attend school. well they got my zip code and told me to attend the exact school i went to but yet a week earlier they said they dont work with them....is that odd or just me?

I had an incident within my first couple of months of driving. I can't get into specifics here. I reported it on several job applications as an accident, which it turns out it isnt. Couldn't get a job. Stopped reporting it....instantly i was qualified, they didnt find out, but now they just werent hiring...eventually i did get a job...
Also, i went to a truck driving school, company paid for, but i left the company owing them money. No one would take me. I started saying, i didnt go to school. A few companies wouldn't take anyone without going to school, and most of them said i was qualified...but they werent hiring.
i live in michigan, thus the not hiring...ehehe...
