I used one for the first time today.
Who thinks of this #### xD
The power jack barely fit onto it.
Felt like I was going to fall off pulling it out its so small.
I had to flip around the pallet inside the trailer and push it out.
Is that what you guys do at those places or is there a better way?
Seems like it takes forever flipping the pallets around.

That's it. Was there room to go out sideways? Or was it deep enough to go out straight ok?
For instance, with a liftgate trailer and a manual pallet jack, I spin the pallet inside the trailer then push it onto the liftgate, turning at the end so the pallet is sideways. (Liftgates are close to 8 ft wide, but don't go out enough to accommodate the skid + jack)Canned Spam and CargoWahgo Thank this. -
I took the first couple out but had to hold on and squirm to get the lift back down. To do this I had to hold on with one foot going around the junk.
The pallet hangs off abit when I push it straight out. I'm thinking it may be easier to just use a manual jack.
Spin it.
Drop it. Leave the jack in the trl.
Then use the power once it gets down then go to the cooler or whatnot.
Its a real pain in the you know what. We have 80 stores not counting backhauls. Thank goodness 2 only have these stupid elevators.
Just build a dock man...
But if the spin and push out is the wsy to do it guess gotta live with if. Will keep the sideways in mind in case I can at the other one I've never been to. -
I think I've only used one of those once. I used my jack to get the skid onto the lift, and they used their jack to take it into the store. Do they have their own pallet jack, so you don't have to worry about getting your electric one on there? Sounds like a precarious situation. Those power jacks can be touchy. I've heard of foodservice guys running those off of liftgates accidentally. Definitely wanna avoid that!

Its our powerjack at the stores.
But they supplied me a manual when I asked.
And yeah the power is old. You twist the throttle and it sticks alot. What I was worried about and asked for the manual. The whole falling 9 feet doesn't sound good. -
Scissor dock...
Isn't that when 2 females rub a certain thing?
