If there was no police report and rosedale worked it out with her, you should be fine.
But make sure when you leave rosedale, to leave on good terms.
Don't give them a reason to want vengeance.

Most companies the size of rosedale have a fifty thousand deductable.
And they don't want your possible CSA points on their record.
Just be glad the lady didn't insist on a police report (I would have)
And now don't screw up a reference.
Your cost is kissing a little #ss.

i would have blown his brains out, then set his truck on fire, then kidnapped his wife and dog, and had done the down and dirty with both.

then i would have sued for massive injuries and would have won a huge judgement and owned his company and sold it, and put everyone out of work.

then i would have gone and got some rubbing compound, and pay a truck stop tank polisher 50¢ an hour for a one hour max, to buff it out...

yeah, that's what i woulda done....!!!

Bayonne PD did that too, had my guy drag the trailer tandem across the fender and hood of a buck parked right on the corner. Cop said "Get, I'll handle this."

that was before cell phones, the driver called from the next phone booth he saw...

I had a guy back out of an angle parking stall and into the box of my brand new pickup while I was stopped at a red light. We got out and looked at it. The dent was so tiny it took me like 2 minutes to find it. I told him not to worry about it as the body shop would probably have butchered the repair worse than the little dent.

Driver of the impale will have a mechanic determine the cost which then goes to your company and they may charge you and take so much out of your check.A lady from trans cont said I hit her car,the next day me and two drivers looked at it which to us looked like nothing but a scuff Mark.Cost me $700.00.Those two drivers knows this lady and her lies. They think she hit me but there was no way of proving it.So she made a small fortune for her alcohol, makeup and tattoos.

You never know what is going to happen. If your lucky you'll never hear about it again. That would be the right thing to do since there was very little damage (if you want to call it that). The other side is the company fires you and you're stuck with explaining the incident to every new company you try to get on with. Some companies will listen and see it's ridiculous and not think much about it and others will be on the other side. They will look at it as you can not drive and why would they want to hire you? I hope the lesser comes out for you.

reality is nobody wants to fill out paperwork for minor BS and that's why the cops tell you to "get" sometimes. They don't don't want to write out a report for some property damage BS when they know insurance will cover it. Half the time it's karma payback for parking your car in a stupid or illegal place anyway.

Is the Ideal situation for that to have a cash fund to just offer to pay cash so no one else gets involved?
