That's why I don't bother dreaming about owning a company anymore, I've been on the management side of things, and the requirements you have too meet are insane. Nope, I just wanna get my 389, and drive for these guys i'm with; till I can't anymore.
I'll have to look into at what point the requirements begin. Probably after x number of employees. Should I decide to expand my business (a likely option for me) I will get to 1 employee below the threshold. And that's the size my company will be. It would probably cost less to pay one as an employee and just tell him to stay at home and do nothing. If I was to go well beyond said threshold. Unlikely. I wonder if it would cut it if I decided to declare that I identify as a member of whichever cesspool they decide I am required to hire from. Maybe give a bonus to current employees to do the same if questioned by the gestapo. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Justin.
Despite the crashes I'll bet they still hang on to their PIC status. Trimac had some bad fuel crashes (a result of sub prime drivers) a few years ago they held theirs. Bison with their performance too. The PIC program is a joke.
