Sean smith trucking in Thurman Iowa stay away from they are a small outfit and do not make timely repairs on their equipment you will fail inspections if your truck breaks down they put you in a farm truck worse than the truck your driving and you become a rolling violation. The son and his wife don’t think their #### stinks. If you end up owe them any substantial amount of money they will take your whole paycheck and have no care in the world if u have bills or not the mom and dad of the company have to go through their son and daughter in law to get anything fixed (mom and dad own the company but son and daughter in law dictate the company) they can’t keep drivers. I avoided driving with them when I heard about how they do things there. I’d run for a Russian outfit before I run for these guys

U get a credit card to buy supplies but the daughter in law forgets what they are and will take that charge out of your paycheck

I’ve worked for one particular Russian outfit never did have a problem with them I moved out of there hiring area so I had to leave the company never had an issue with them never had money taken either I worked 5yrs there
