    have you checked the seat belt latch wiring harness. mine was doing the same thing. I cut the connector off and hard wired it together. that solved me problem

    I have, thanks, I said that above. I bridged it with a paper clip. It's just a 2 wire grounding plug.

    If you don't tell them it has a seatbelt light, they will not know to check it. lol
