That’s what I originally thought. No tickets were issued. I side swiped a car through an intersection. I was at fault. But I thought with it being one accident & two years experience I could at least get on with a second chance company but it seems they all check DAC & that makes 4 accidents. I’ve been looking but it seems like every company & their insurance uses DAC.
Second chance companies?

Stop applying to the larger carriers, stick to smaller ones that probably won’t check DAC.
List your reportable accidents and what may be on your MVR..that’s it.
New drivers screw up, that’s reality. Scrape a trailer, curb a tire and bend a wheel etc. Nanny companies list all this crap to ruin your chances of driving after you quit them..childish imo. -
Apply to any company.....it only takes 1 yes.

Not a lot of local, smaller companies where I live (Temple, TX). I’m willing to live in a truck long term in another state even if I could find something local with sleepers. Just can’t move from here permanently. I have a son. -
My mvr is clear because the police didn’t issue any citations & put nobody at fault, even though I was. My psp shows me involved in an accident but nobody at fault.

That”s in house BS between you and your previous carrier. -

The DAC shows them. I list the DOT reported one only on apps but when they pull DAC they disqualify me because I then have 4 total.

Maybe another forum member can clarify..I’ve never hired anyone.
