Looking for a second chance company that will overlook an imperfect driving record. I know the likelihood of low pay and being treated poorly are high with such places, but right now I just need an option. Based out of Michigan, but willing to go anywhere except New York City, and don't care about home time.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

@TarnishedSoul --
Western Express -- give 'em a shot
They are known for being a "2nd chance" carrier. Good experience.

If you have at least one year of OTR experience, try this one:
R & R Transportation -- Lake Park, MN
Another 2nd chance company....

Will try, thank you.

Giving them a call now, thank you.

Try Navajo Express. They are a second chance company and rough around the edges but I enjoyed my time there. I got my start there and they had a great training program but that has been shut down so you have to have some experience.
The trick with them is to get on a dedicated route. Right now they have an awesome one in Wyoming and Montana , well awesome in the summer I guess.
They have a big yard not too far from downtown Denver and its a great place to take hometime if you have a bicycle or can station a car there.lual Thanks this. -
Thank you, I'll reach out to them soon!
