How did they isolate the turbo? Did they remove and cap the air line to the solenoid block under the air compressor?

I don't know this sir. I will ask tomorrow. I am getting my truck and bringing it somewhere else.

I appreciate your help on this.

Oh, I also have a leak in my radiator reservoir that wasn't there when I brought the truck in, Could this be related to air leak?

Okay, said they blocked it at the turbo and at the bottom of the actuator. They blocked everything that everyone has suggested and it still leaked. Could it be something in the compressor or air governor?

Normally massive leaks in the compressor and/or governor only cause frequent air dryer purging.

Try unplugging the fan solenoid and see if that does anything. I am starting to run out of ideas. Is there any aftermarket devices on this?

Heavy, the fan is now always engaged, but the air leak has slowed considerably. How do I check the solenoid/clutch to see what is bad?

Thanks again sir, you are a huge help.

You could unplug the solenoid and jump 12 volts to it. It will allow air to the clutch when energized. So if the fan releases with no air leaks when energized you know the fan clutch is ok.

Okay, my ####### had the fan override on and didn't realize it. But this is actually a good thing, I think. With the override on, the air leak slows considerably.

    Thoughts?
