Thanks for all the information everyone. I spent a full day on the truck and only found a bad tank drain valve. Also when I drained them nothing came out. I still have the leak but I’m not sure where it’s at still. Brake on, brake off, brake applied etc. I tried everything. It maybe one of those deals that I have to wait for it to develop farther to find it sadly.

I got a decent break in the weather today to get my reefer serviced up and tackle this air issue. Long story short, I replaced the governor and air dryer filter. Dryer filter was kinda gross. Lots of snot. I did find a small pin hole leak on the dryer itself where a casting flaw blew it out. Very small. My attempt to tap it and put a small screw in it, but that cannot be it.
I did have a moment of ah hah! My personal home use air compressor did the same thing minus the loss of air. It would take forever to build air and hang around 80-90 psi. Ended up needing reeds and a valve gasket on the head. I’m not familiar with truck compressors but they cannot be that much different. Any have some knowledge on a compressor on a C15 6nz motor? -
Ok so I wanted to continue this because my problem is not resolved at all. Might be getting worse but tough to say. So I found a bad check valve coming off one of the tanks. It was so the system only uses secondary first or something. It had a crack in the housing. Replaced that. Nothing. I replaced a cab air bag and it didn’t help either. It had a hole which prompted the change tho. Now I’m here looking at my truck this morning. And usually the air ride doesn’t deplete, and it has now. It’s weird. Usually just the cab airbags would deplete and that’s it. I did a service kit on my air dryer. And replaced some fittings but I’m at a loss now. I can’t sit for 30 min without losing half my air. Now something I have noticed is when I park for the night and do not set the trailer brakes I only lose my secondary. If I set my trailer I lose everything. Now I know it’s not the trailer as blocked the trailer line and did a test. It’s the tractor. Any ideas? Not trying to revive a dead horse but DOT season is gonna be here and I want my stuff in a row. Thank ls

Since you narrowed it down to the tractor did you try soapy water in a squirt bottle? Get in there and spray every fitting, airline spray the whole truck down and hopefully you'll see some bubbles.
