Interesting, that's standard with an FBI background check.

I have two family members with the bureau, one recently retired after 30+ years as a Supervisory Investigative Specialist.

The TSA initially rejected my background check due to failure to submit naturalization paperwork with my application. I was born a US citizen to 2 US natural-born citizen parents. I had to show my raised seal birth certificate to the DMV and submit a photocopy to TSA for my initial application. The TSA rejected and then accepted my application. I suspect I would have less trouble if I had just legally changed my name to Osama bin Laden before applying. The TSA makes Barney Fife look like Jason Bourne by comparison.

Got to have a top secret security clearance if you want to work as a double naught in the CIA.

    Lepton1 and Rideandrepair Thank this.

I doubt you'd be able to get those kinds of jobs with no driving experience. But yes, it would be helpful if you wanted to haul DoD freight, radioactive materials, or other things that shall not be mentioned into and out of places that may or may not exit.

    Lepton1 and dennisroc Thank this.

Flying UFOs doesn't pay like it used to. In the old days you could buy a house, your wife didn't have to work, and you could go on vacation once or twice a year. These days you have to sleep in the UFO, eat crappy food, and there are "new breed" pilots that dump their trash at the fueling stations and don't even speak our language. The music has gone to heck as well.

One time I was very tired and answered the phone as SECRET agent Chris working as a contractor for a major telcom.
The correct title was Senior Agent.. As in the guy that took supervisor escalation requests from first line call center agents on the floor.
The unioned bucket truck driving repair guy escalated the issue and my career was over soon as it so happened this was the same year of Edward Snowden and the like. True story
