We have been here for a while now and have done both the company driver side and the O/O side. We absolutely love this company!! They pay team company drivers a salary and solo company drivers start out at .40cpm. O/O make 70% of the linehaul and 100% of all fuel surcharges. We are doing very well. I am not sure why Team Polywog is doing poorly. We do sit on the weekends quite often because the places we haul for are not open on the weekends typically and several aren't even open on Friday. It's the government, go figure. They are offering a sign on Bonus of $2500/driver for company driver teams or solos. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

What are the currency requirements? I have a security clearance currently, will that be of use? I haven't driven in a long time, but I am looking to get back on the road in the next few months and looking at all the opportunities.
Thanks -

I hope you guys are still on here, I have a couple questions if you would not mind:
regarding $8000, $4900 settlements
- for 1 week?
- is this clear after fuel? insurance? and/or emergency budget?
When you have to wait til Monday for new load, are you usually back in Phoenix? or is this happening wherever you last drop a load ?
thank you
Happy Trucking back -

So you must be an owner, do you know if they have a program like a lease or simply help a driver become an owner?

Are you a recruiter or driver?

I am a driver who simply loves my job. I know how scary it is to switch companies, so I like to help other drivers.

They do have a lease program, but it works a little differently and you must be a team and cannot get into the program until you have a security clearance and have been with the company for a minimum of 90 days with no problems

I am confused: are you saying as a driver you are getting paid a percentage and not by the mile?
that is a bit high for company driver, you just said that is what you are making....???
especially if you sit every weekend even if you run as a team.
They advertise .40 cent per mile for company driver. in a normal week a single driver will make approx $1200.
