It's all good driver, when I read your first thread, I thought of the same others suggested. I'm always willing to help anyone I see. Only problem I see is when someone doesn't secure properly, (I see often) I offer and most get an attitude and feel criticized. Nothing wrong with over-securment. I look at it as if the people most important to me could ride next to my truck everywhere I go and I would feel safe I have my load locked down.

The reason for that block under the nose and the rear is to stop lumber from walking out. The lumber on the nose will try to slide out to the rear but is blocked by middle bundle. /same with rear bundle tends to slide to middle. No lost lumber or claims. I am sure you have seen lumber sticking out several feet and especially a top bundle on some loads going down the road. Try hauling barrel staves. If not done right it becomes a nightmare.

Yeah I have I have caught all of mine with less than 6 inches sticking out so far i check load a lot! Only had 2 loads of even bundles try to walk on me and I pull a bunch. 1 was the 1x6' the other was 2x6 but the trailer would not airup all the way even after trying to adjust the air leveler. (No I did not let it just ride on the shocks it aired up about half the way so was still on the air bag's)

Now not going to get into the mix matched loads middle of the bundle walking not even middle of top rows I means 6 7 layers deep but thats the nature of those beasts as never same width or length though out the load.
I have no problem sending pics to safety asking if I did it right or asking other drivers if I have a question.

Not been able to try the foam yet had to shut down 2 days to repair front breaks so only ran 6 loads this week
