    This isn't a NASA moon lander mission.....

    Right, you can get above market rates if you'll just say what you'll do and stick to it. On the stuff we ship, I routinely pay 25% over market to people I know that will take care of it.
    Shippers are getting tired of dealing with brokers and mega fleet empty promises.
