I am headed out tomorrow with a CRST trainer who has a lot of experience but I need to find a Co-Driver that lives within 200 miles of Stockton. I am open to doing the 20/10 if I can find two co-drivers who are hard working and dedicated like I am but if not then one co-driver is sufficient.
I am non smoking, safe and looking for another hard working person who does not choose to spend their days complaining about every little thing. I am sure there will be some things that are less than ideal but I choose to make the most of it. I am not wanting to team with anyone who keeps a habit of pissing off their fleet manager or dispatchers.
I would prefer someone with more experience than myself as well. Man or woman is fine. I am 38 and married with a wonderful wife at home so perhaps someone with a home life as well.
