I am going to repeat what I said, get a lawyer to advise you.
for some reason everyone runs to FMCSA and other agencies to complain about a company first, I gather that’s what the op did, but that isn’t the right thing to do. What will they do?
seriously the FMCSA will just look at those issues raised that are within the scope of their agency and that’s it. They see if there are log violations and other authority issues.

were there safety issues with the working conditions outside the scope of the 11 house drive time?
the company forcing any driver to do something is on the driver. Get fired, get another job.
What a lawyer can do is to make sure they get paid. Many of the good firms will not allow a client to starve or to live on the streets. But that is only if they see a good case, most of these cases are not good.
also a lawyer will go after the company for back wages right off.
