NTB Trucking might be OK for you. Refrigerated company.
As for what to look for; depends on your situation. For me it was always benefits first since I've always had a wife and children to support.
One area to consider is accessorial pays; does the company pay for unloading,loading,layover,break down, etc.

A large majority of the posts on the FreyMiller thread are positive overall and in particular relative to pay structure, miles, equipment and driver treatment.
