    That's Martin Bros., not Marten.
    NTB Trucking might be OK for you. Refrigerated company.
    As for what to look for; depends on your situation. For me it was always benefits first since I've always had a wife and children to support.
    One area to consider is accessorial pays; does the company pay for unloading,loading,layover,break down, etc.

    A large majority of the posts on the FreyMiller thread are positive overall and in particular relative to pay structure, miles, equipment and driver treatment. Drivers are treated not as tools to be used but as assets that add value to the company. Also, looking at NTB and Barr Nunn. Thanks Again!
