Seeking Job

I'm 29, Duluth, MN. I'm searching for a job, Recent graduate from Lake Superior College's OTR truck driving. Have class A/CDL with airbrake, tanker, doubles-triples, and hazmat. Id prefer a job where I don't drive 100% of the time, I enjoy physical labor. MY main requirement is that its Full-Time permanent. I have 4+ years wrenching experience, and about the same of equipment operation. 12,528 OTR miles, 2,200 local driving experience. Background and driving records clean 7 years back, NO tickets or accidents. I have felonies and driving convictions all are 7+ years old, NONE are DUI and NONE are assault either physical/sexual. I'm stone walled around my area, in interviews or phone calls I most commonly hear "10 years" on my record. I ###### up in the past and have since grown up paid my debts. I have made every effort to turn my situation around, but still I'm brushed off by companies who don't even call me for interview. Can any one point me in the direction of someone or a company who isn't afraid to hire a hard worker who has good reason to give it his all?
