I am a 32 yo female seeking a team driver…preferably a female because I got plans to drive for Freymiller and they don’t do mixed genders. I’ll be applying around spring. I’m still open to males responding too. I been off the truck for 2 years and the only companies that will hire are Freymiller and Western Express. I plan to be with Freymiller for a good while then going to Swift only to be trained for winter only. I don’t have much winter experience and Freymiller doesn’t do winter driving much and stays mostly through southern routes only.
After that, I want to go to don hummer out of Iowa that pays teams 80 cpm split. It’s been confirmed by other team drivers and recruiters. But I’m willing to stay with Freymiller for a few years then going to swift only for winter experience and go from there. Don hummer requires to team with someone for more than six months.
I won’t be able to team with your company because only two companies accept me due to my work gap.

Western will hire for team and claim to train but their training is more self service.
Winter driving? Yep, I have 61 days experience and driving on my own to / from Indiana, Ohio, NY, NJ, Alabama, Georgia and everywhere in between.
I've considered teams but having 2 dogs with me in an already small space is a bit much. -
How much total experience do you have? I am looking for a team driver, and company I am with says as long as you have at least year in the last 3, you're good. Aside from clean record and all that jazz, we deal with some expensive customers afterall.
