How many $22,000 weeks have you had this year or ever? Yeah I gave them a lot, but I kept almost 3 times your $6000 week, and ran a lot less miles.

 

Alright I'm pretty curious where someone is making 22000 in a week care to enlighten me?

 

I have never had any 22,000 dollar week myself, but I have had several 16,000 dollar weeks (to the truck) and some of them were pulling landstar loads, some were direct. I will say I had to run more miles than Old Man to get it though.

 

So what's a realistic gross revenue to the truck per week in dry van right now? I'm currently hauling a tanker but I'm tired of getting beat up and putting the extra wear on my truck hauling 45k 99%of the time when the pay isn't lining up

 

4-5k average You can get up to 7 on a crazy good week

Must be team running... no way you gross that kind of money on a single step or flat driver. There is no one out there making 3k a day on standard freight, that kind of money is specialized range.

 

He doesn't haul standard freight. What he does 90% of the drivers aren't qualified to do nor do they have the balls to do it.

 

Actually the 16,000 dollar weeks I have had were loads from the lower 48 coming to Alaska. And there was several of them until to many trucks started cutting the rates, so I haven't done it is several years.

Now as far as the freight I haul here, I guess it depends on how a guy figures it, but It would be some special loads to gross 16 grand in a week, but 12,grand is not hard to do and still get your 34 off.

And no neither of them is any team operation. lol
It sometimes comes with a cost though, I am sitting here trying to decide what I want to do for a truck though, as I figure they will be totaling mine. lol
