Still screwed. If you BK $100k or $30k you still bankrupted.....there are no extra points for being responsible.
There's no way this dude can get from under this. In a perfect world, if he got 80 for it, he'd still be on the hook for 35. And NOBODY is going to buy a truck that doesn't come with paper.

Hence why i mentioned the yellow or blue engines though i missed the glider part at the start ill admit.

That said even as a glider with the current market he will still be lucky to see more then 60k. Too many companys folding up or tapping out before they do and flooding the market and auctions with units you can pick up for decent prices. Especially on short notice. And price will really depend on miles too. 1 mil without a rebuild, sorry thats a 20 or 30k truck since its going to need a 30k+ rebuild and weeks in the shop in short order anyway. No one but a moron is going to drop 60k+ on a 1 million mile unit unless it looks like it just rolled out of a truck show. And even then id be doubtful. With papers and a recent rebuild 80k is the top price sure....but my guess is that is NOT the case here. So below 60k is a safe guess.

The glider part also only confirms my guess at a purchase price of 140-160K, i know during covid i saw gliders topping 200k in some cases and the average was in the 140k range. So it also depends on the note and any early payoff pentaltys he may have.

Is this a true glider or one of the trucks someone put a older rebuilt engine in and calls it a glider.. Price is Sky high but if it has a lot of new parts it can actually be better than a emissions truck cost wise in many cases .

Big difference between listed and selling though.

I base my pricing off auctions for the most part. Unless there's something special about that truck, it ain't bringing much.

The insurance amount doesn't matter, the insurance will pay only the current value of the truck. He needs a GAP insurance as well to cover the difference.

Those prices would be alot higher if the miles were less.

Probably need alot of work too.

Prices are all over the place.
    Deere hunter Thanks this.
