    This is what I was looking for. May be helpful to someone as companies try to screw is over. Stay between the lines drivers!

    Seems silly though to throw it all away over that. I guess if you already were done with trucking because of lousy rates and everything else that blows then I get it.

    The company can send you for a random at any time, it doesn’t have to be while you’re on duty. You are supposed to log on duty for the time you’re there but that can be done later by editing your logs.

    someone please explain L-O/O follows company driver rules or makes up their own schedule?

    I cannot disagree that it is better to walk out on a test than to actually take it when you know you are dirty.
