    Yeah, 7th Fleet.
No bad memories of Japan; seems like a nice place to live. I like the people there; the Japanese people.

Yeah not bad at all but I would really be happy if I could drive a big Amrican truck throughout rich nature here. I would not want to do CDL job in Japan. If I were to live in Japan again, I'd probably go back to an office job but I don't want to be facing computer all the time again. It felt soooo nice driving here. This is my dream career.

    Sounds like a 1099 candidate.

Isn't Japan a left-side drive country. That must be hard to unlearn.

1099 means independent contractor? I guess i really need a good training, I am not ready to go independent... I also heard insurance can be very expensive.

Oh yes, left-side but I barely had driving experience in Japan (public transportation is so developed in tokyo you dont really need a car), so thankfully left driving isn't sunk in me :D I started driving after I came here.

wow you are very knowledgeable. did not know about this at all... but yes sometimes I wonder why you need so many truck drivers all going in the same direction. Even if not "automatic Convoyer" , a freight train can do long distance part and then you need manpower only for local deliveries. Thats what I am thinking about when I see many trucks all going in the same direction.
