It would also not build the over emotional tantrums from drivers who are not even subjected to them. The inward facing cameras serve a purpose for some carriers, the choice is either work for a carrier that has them, or not. The VAST majority of drivers who have the cameras never suffer the emotional trauma that those who do not seem to carry around with them all the time.

So in the employee handbook all they have to do is say the camera can’t be covered except during the driver’s off duty time. Problem solved.

 

Driver facing cameras is the one thing every single driver should agree on. It has no place in any truck. I don't know how some alow it... sad
