Have a space shuttle pick up your tractor-trailer and lift it up to outer space. Then once you are in outer space, maneuver the tractor-trailer so it is facing the correct direction of the cross street. Then bring the space shuttle down to earth's atmosphere. Put a parachute on the tractor-trailer. Then drop the tractor-trailer and let the tractor-trailer slowly descend to the cross street you need to turn right on. Bada bing bada boom!
