I believe it. One time on the interstate in Memphis I sneezed so hard one time and actually blacked out for a couple of seconds. Dang near rearended a UPS truck. Don't know what caused it and it never happened before or since. No, I didn't report it to the company to avoid going thru their BS.

One time I felt a sneeze coming on, so I pinched my nostrils together and it blew the wax out of my ears.

 

I have never crashed anything due to sneezing, but I do get uncontrollable sneezing fits, have my entire lifetime. My wife finds it humorous, and I never complain about multiple free orgasms.
