    Math is your friend:

$30920 per team. that's 15460 per individual, over 3 months. 15460 divided by 3 = 5150 roughly, divide that by 4 weeks in a month and youre looking at $1287 a week give or take. If you cant make 1250+ a week as a team you've got issues sorry.

The add is deceptive on the team pay split but that's about it.

    AfterShock Thanks this.

    So that's how it works?
That sorta defeats the intent of the purpose for a rankin' system. Wouldn't it?
    Good catch, Condo.:smt045
And ThanX for the lesson. :salute::notworthy:

How extensive has third party recruitin' become now-a-daze?
Are they freelance or do the companies seek their services?
Bounty hunters? Reward paid for bringin''em in alive?

    A live body, I assume?
    A bounty.
Has something changed in the Target account that would shed some light on the reason for the (sudden?) interest in Big truck truck drivin' teams?
I'm curious; SexyStuff (OP) indicates a location of N. California and I'm again assuming, the ad in question appeared on Craig's list for that area. I find that prospect interestingly curious.

Did you connect with a real person or an audio menu? Do you know if the number reached a US Express OC or Corporate?
Patty, ..... did you turn in an application on-line?

Math is also the universal language, consistin' of numbers not so much spoken as they are crunched. Lookin' at the numbers post crunchin' and considerin' the inclusion of five to eight-thousand bucks for relocatin' to the Dallas area of Texas, --- a State with no state tax, if the offer is legit I'm thinkin' it could be a heck of an opportunity, and perhaps especially for those who've been chewed up and spit out by one of the bottom feedin' mega Big truck truckin' companies. Broke in many cases and disillusioned from the experience, this could be an opportunity to turn thangs around.

On an unrelated subject, it's been reported that Texas has mounted a campaign to lure businesses and residents away from California. If SexyStuff (OP) did find the ad in a California Craig's list it makes me go Hmmmm ---. Texas already lured Toyota outta Torrance, California, --- along with around 3,000 jobs, not includin' those employed by companies in support rolls. That's a big hit.
Apparently the powers that be in California aren't aware that there are two thangs not to mess with. One bein' Mother Nature and the other is Texas. Remember the Alamo!
