If you are overweight losing weight will help as well as trimming the hair down there.

This is a big issue when you ride motorcycles all day in one position with no AC to cool you down.
Find you some Monkey Butt Powder (Walmart carries it now and I can't recommend it enough). It is a little more lubricating than other talcum based products and it sticks to the skin longer. If you are prone to jock itch then use the sprays that include powder in them.
Change your undies and socks often - as much as you need to.
After you bathe/shower get as dry as you can and stay that way for a while. Get back in your cab/motel/whatever and hit yourself with a blow dryer and get DRY! before you put anything on.
Wear loose fitting clothing (I like pajama pants and t-shirts, or sweats when it is cold out).
Use unscented baby wipes (or Charmin wipes) to keep things clean. Try not to use harsh cleaning wipes over and over or you could make things worse for your skin.
And move around as much as possible so sweat isn't accumulating and going sour, and it will make you feel better too. -

for your feet, use a foot scraper from walmart and blue star ointment, it works wonders on your feet. do not, i repeat, do not use the blue star ointment for jock itch, unless you want to know what it feels like to burn in hell.

Don't sit longer than you have too. This is what I do:
Daily exercise. 30 sit-ups in the morning, with 30 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, and 30 push ups. I do the same every night.
Take periodic 30-45 minute breaks, and GET OUT OF THE TRUCK. Walk or jog around the property to get your blood flowing. Do not just take the DOT minimums. Sitting for that long over years will take a toll on your health.
Daily showers
Wear clean clothes everyday, and change your socks and underwear twice a day.
Eat healthier foods. Stay away from fast food and buffets. DO NOT EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL!
Stay away from carbonated beverages. Instead drink flavored water.
It sounds like a lot, but honestly it isn't once you develop a routine. I've been doing this since I was 15. Now at 33, I'm in better shape than most kids half my age even though I smoke.NavigatorWife, texasbbqbest and Montgomery Thank this. -

in well over two decades of driving,I've never had any issues regarding jungle rot or rashes. I strongly suggest that you take time off and see a doctor. there has to be something wrong that causes your rot or rashes. seek medical attention.Big Don Thanks this. -
As I stated 2 years ago Drive in the buff with the AC on high works great this time of year going across Wyoming.
