I went to their orientation and left after 2 days. I didn't like the butthole running orientation. He seemed to be on a power trip. I went to TMC and didn't have any prob with their orientation.

 

what was so bad about him ? what did he do

 

Well I hope to make a little more than $500 a week, but it is gonna be the first year so who knows. I also got the phone call today that I was accepted.

 

well I do too but it is the first year but as long as I make at least that I will be happy to start with is all I meant

Either march 3 or the next Monday. Trying to figure out to break to my boss right now lol, but I'm only an electrical apprentice so nothing that big of a deal

Hotel is at exit 153 in Meridian, MS, around 20 miles from Cuba. Orientation and First Week are long days. You won't see much of the hotel until the weekend.

 

kinda hoping to drive back home on the weekends if I choose too but haven't decided yet have a question you might know orientation is week 1 yard training is week 2 they hold back a week like most places do I thought my recruiter told me today they pay you 1 and 2 nd week all at one time I might of misunderstood her but wouldn't that mean it would be 3 weeks before we got our first check and the first check would be 2 weeks pay for us? or was she saying you get paid for week 1 at week 2 and week 2 on week 3 and so on

 

You can drive home if you are close, but you are due back at 11:00 Sunday to start First Week (week 2), so it may not work. You are paid one week in arrears. You will get a live check at the end of week 2 for orientation. I headed straight to the Bank of York to cash mine on the way home. After that it's direct deposit.
