In all seriousness here, if your laptop has a step by step GPS based driving program that gives audible driving directions (like TomTom) can it really be more distracting? If all you have to do is type in your destination before you start driving and then listen to the directions what's the harm in that? Maybe he prefers to have 1 electronic device in his truck that can handle many things as opposed to multiple electronic devices. Just a thought, please don't beat me up. I'll sic my husband and his dog on you if you do!:smt042 I remember having to listen to Paddy's convuluted directions when driving cross country, now that was a distraction. He always seemed to get his north, south, east, west mixed up. He might be a touch dyslexic or something. Really when someone insists you run I-5 east to California from Washington, now that's a distraction trying to argue that one out.
