    My goal after finishing school at the end of the month is to get a tanker job, preferably hazmat, local or regional. I don't want to do otr work until i have my own rig. So to set myself up for success I went ahead and applied for my TWIC card and hazmat back ground checks.

    I want my endorsements for tanker and hazmat asap but I cant add endorsements to a permit. So what other steps can i take to set myself up to land a job that I'm after?

    Im in the Sumter, SC area. I have seen some tanker jobs available in the area. School is Sage Driver Training in Lexington SC
