    The labor unions stand on fair pay is to try to cut driving hours back to 10 between breaks and to get rid of the restart . The 168 hours between restarts pretty much made it useless .
    The unions took cuts making concessions so they figure everybody else should have their income cut also .

    The drivers are the Union. Only the drivers can authorize concessions. Other than YRC, which companies are you talking about. I don't know how that effects others though?
