And the law is stupid to the point that taking a picture of yourself and not ever showing it to anyone makes you a criminal. Next we'll be banning mirrors and hunting witches.

Common sense is gone. Just like the little girl that was arrested at school for bringing a steak knife to cut the leftover steak she brought for lunch. Common sense is gone. Teachers and Principal didn't have enough common sense to see that she made an honest mistake. Cops didn't have enough common sense to see she didn't intend on using it for a weapon, only a means to eat her lunch like a human being. :biggrin_25526:

The problem is, that all kids have phones with cameras in them. And they don't care or can't comprehend the consequences for doing this.

With information technology the way it is today, there's no stopping this problem. Its sad, but morals have gone out the window too. :biggrin_2553:

We are diluting and thereby decriminalizing child pornographers. True child porn is disgusting and horrifying and in no way should be considered in the same universe as these kids being stupid. If we get to the point where 50% of the people (or more even) get labeled as sex offenders, we will easily lose track of the vile ones in the shuffle.

The word "spyware" sets off alarm bells inside my head. They might want to call it something else.

Doesn't really matter until minors get involved. That's under 18, btw. That girl that got charged for sending a pic of her ##### to her boyfriend in Kansas was 17. Legal to have sex with her, but not legal to see a picture of her. Makes perfect sense.

Edit: #####, tits, funbags, bazongas, breasts. Hmm, ##### are bad but tits aren't? That's funny.

Yep, and you've never broken any law in your life, right? Are you sure? There's millions of laws out there, and ignorance is no excuse.

But keep on with your zero-tolerance mindset. It's a lot easier than thinking for yourself. :biggrin_2552:

If I had a daughter, and I EVER caught her pulling this crap, I KNOW where there is a convent! Lock her butt up for a few years, right enough! And she'd know it, too. Why parents put up with this crap from their kids is completely beyond me.
