I was with you until that point but that starts to swing the whole equality thing the other direction and I have trouble getting on board with that. Equal is equal.

 

If HIGHLY qualified drivers, both male or female, were HIGHLY incentivesed to be trainers, these companies wouldn't have these issues. I've been a trainer with 2 different companies, and training isn't always fun, and it isn't always easy. I've had trainees threaten me, lie to me, call the company and lie about me, etc. All for an extra hundred bucks a week in my paycheck. If a company wants to keep the good honest trainers, they have to do better at compensating the trainer, and showing genuine appreciation for their good trainers. If not, they only keep the dirt bags who do the dumb stuff that TTR training horror stories are made of.

 

Seems like a good reason to have cabin facing cameras in their trucks !! Sick !!
