I'd contact the FMSCA and mention the name of the company.

CSA does not punish drivers. Only companies have CSA scores, not drivers.

Wonder what they would think about a policy like this ?
..... Using the drivers as shields

They will probably have a problem charging any driver that has a copy of the write up showing that the garage did not fix the issue that caused the violations
..... So if a driver gets pulled over and nailed for anything , at the end of the day there will a write up on record showing that the driver did his job .... Let's see if they still want to take our money then

Drivers do have CSA scores as far as I know... Atleast they did unless the laws have changed again

No, they don't. Never did. I owned a trucking company. Only my company had a CSA score. Drivers did not and do not today.

Drivers have a PSP report showing how they have affected the CSA scores of past companies for three years, it's the same thing as having a personal CSA score whether it is called that or not.

PSP is not a CSA score. Only companies have CSA scores

I understand that. You don't seem to understand that the difference is purely semantic.

The same thing that goes on the company CSA report and affects their score goes into my PSP report. It stays there for a longer period than the company CSA report, and is accessible to companies looking to hire me and they can use it in determining whether to hire me.

No, it isn't a personal CSA score but I fail to see how it is any different than if the CSA system did score drivers as well as companies.
