Fast forward to 2021, I’ve gone back and worked for him twice. He is a bigger company now, recognizing that he wouldn’t be bigger had I not worked myself like a dog. I still get burned out from it, but I know I always have a shiny Pete to drive if I want it. Most people probably wouldn’t go back a second or a third time. I have autism though, he is a sociopath. We understand each other well.
