Well its probably better than were you are at now, miles do pick up about this time of year, but it does not hurt to ride the dispatcher too, remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Also it will slow down around July also.

Its most of the time balls to the walls FRM Oct, to 2 week of DEC.

    PAY PROBLEM UPDATE!

As you can see I am still here, the pay problem was worked out at the home office, it was funny, they at first denied the pay, again for the third time, I rec'd the info, I was at the home office picking up a run, the person that denied it, did not know I was there, (LOL), so I walked over to the office and asked to see said person, it took a few Min's before they came down stairs (I was old later they was looking up my history, LOL, my record so far is spot-less), then we said hello, and the first thing I asked for was an office to go too, to talk, we did and I offered a compromise to the problem, we talked for about a half an hr, and we agreed, it was then fixed.

A point I would like to make, is don't get to pissed off at them, but get your facts straight and wait until the system has a chance to work, then make sure you have all your facts and supporting paper work, and tackle it, don''t raise your voice and be a pro, allow them to explain there point first with out saying a word, then present your case with the supporting info, and offer a compromise, you should walk away with something if you are right. In this case it worked. Remember there is a lot of wing nuts that are drivers, so if you approach them like a pro, most of he time you will throw them off guard, they wont be expecting it, then the advantage should be in your court, and if you go into it with a plan and a compromise ready you should walk away with something, instead of nothing,.:biggrin_25514:

I'm back to bad. 1800 miles week before last then 1700 last week. Now trying to get home for Dr.s appt. but doesn't look good even though I told them almost a month ago. Getting harrases for idle time but I have to idle to charge batteries for cpap machine they make me use. These people are no different than any other large trucking company from what I've seen. They claim to care until you need something from them.
