Glad for you bud, but I hit those numbers doing dry side too, but I NEVER do the northeast. On rare occasion, I do pennsylvania, but more often than not it's just my trip home to CNY. If I don't have my QC looking like yours, it's usually only because I was looking to run recaps before the 34 hour revision. I just don't see the "fun" in reefer. My biggest headaches are when I have to go to your typical customers, a grocery warehouse... It's like they're literally going out of their way to be a dick to me when I'm there.

 

My biggest headache are cry babies who cry about grocery warehouses. They don't treat me like a the fairy princess queen that I should be treated like. They make me pay for lumpers who do all the hard work and most of the time bring paperwork right to your door when finished. The lady who checked me in didn't cater to my feminine need to be stroked gingerly. Probably because she had 20 people in line crying like kitty cats in heat who also needed to grow a pair of green giant ho ho ho Rocky Mountain oysters.

Do you know what the plus size is about reefer mobilin. It weeds out the fairy princess need to be catered to look at me I have a cdl now bow down type, I got to put on gloves to open my shiny hiney doors, because God forbid I may break a nail type, cry me a river I got to get to truck stop b4 the sun goes down type, suffering succotash my sleep cycle if off, goober smooching come come good buddy to channel 22. Billy goat smelling steering wheel holding yahoo's who cry about free time.

I may have missed A few but that's why to me. There ain't no feeling like reefer mobilin. Only the strong survive, and good ol job security. Y'all be good now ya hear.

 

That didn't really make any sense. I don't need to be treated nicely, I want to GTFO of these places. If it has to be a live load/unload, I want to talk to a clerk, go to a door, and be out within an hour. IT CAN WORK LIKE THAT!!! But most places don't care about the drivers or their time. I can generally count my live loads/unloads on one hand at the end of the month doing dry van.

This is a job for me. Obviously this is a lifestyle for you, so I'm going to butt out, because we're not on the same wavelength...

Is that why he quit Lessors? I'll take Florida with even a 2 day delay than any Northeast, yuck! To each his own. I hope it works out for him at Shaffer.

 

Xlsdraw quit because he felt he was sitting in Florida(his home state) too long between loads. Some major drama went down with him and the company.

I have a man to pay my bills and spoil me so I don't care if I ever go back to work,lol.But xdraw has a family I think,hopefully he finds his comfort zone.
