This explains it all. He's had bad karma ever since then. How do you hit a cow ? Deer sure but a cow ?
It doesn't explain much, he's an anonymous poster on a message board, it's no big deal to get annoyed and quit from Shaffer or Crete. Only one person posts good stuff about them and that's a recruiter on here. But oddly, I do care about him and wish he'd post.
He's still out there. His wife is with him in the truck right now. Talked to him about a week ago. We have been friends since we both started at Con-way in 2011.

Heyl doesn't pay anything. Not sure why he went there. I wouldn't. TransAm starts company drivers at 32 cents. Not gonna waste my time there either.
After seeing my last paystub with Indian River from 2014 I will be going to Lessors starting next Wednesday. I can't take it anymore.
I knew a gal who hit a cow in a Caddy... washboard road in South Dakota. Cow was in a low spot, she came over the hill, and BLAMMO!!! The cow lost, but the Caddy was retired to her line of dead Caddies as well. ...we always gave her a hard time about not going back and collecting a few steaks.
