I had only 1 run west. And I had to force Casey's hand to get that 1. I don't think bigcat has posted a cross country run yet.

That's right. You live in the west. I have yet to see a Lessors Florida based driver claim to run like you claim to run. Probably never will either. It is a short haul company for Florida drivers and the turnover rate out of Dover is exceptionally high for that very reason. By far the worst gig I have had.

Want some numbers? My buddy Keith runs the hell out of the west. Lives in Winter Haven. Lots of Florida based drivers are in the west constantly. They aren't barring Florida drivers from running west. We're a smaller company. You take what you're near.

With Lessors, I got 425 paid miles per day @ .38 cpm. That's a whopping $161.50 per day. No where near my objective.

I don't get this miles per day thing. This is not how trucking works. Some trips are better than others. If you're getting 2500-3000 miles a week with any carrier, you're doing pretty good. This week I turned in 2 trips. Empty from Mechanicsville, VA to Altavista, Va, loaded to Casa Grande, AZ, empty to Nogales, AZ and loaded to Grandview, WA. With a 34 in between. Over 3700 miles. Weekly miles, monthly miles or even quarterly miles is a good way to see what you'll be making. Daily miles will drive you insane.

Well it's simple Joseph. Most drivers know approximately how many days per year they are willing to work. For me, that's approx 310. So 310 × the 425 I averaged at Lessors is 131,750 miles. 131,750 miles × 38 cpm is $50,065. This really is simplistic math. Most drivers worth a hoot aren't going to do OTR for that.
Glad you mentioned Your Miles Again. I researched your Lessors thread and since you returned a year ago, here's what you've posted from most recent to oldest:
    3700
    3600
    4402
    2990 (so far this week)
    3329
    3380 (avg for November)
    4585
    3497
    7566 (2 weeks).

That's it. You Love posting your Big weeks but Only Your Big weeks. You have also posted your truck # several times.
You continue to Pump Up what is just a mediocre company at best. I don't misrepresent a company. I give it straight, exactly how I experience it. Some on here actually appreciate the truth without omissions.

And 1 more thing. I've Never received a recruiting bonus with Crete or Shaffer. How many have you received with Lessors? I'm quite sure you received the 1st installment from me and Only the 1st installment. Isn't that why you've been unfriendly since I left?

Yours. And honestly, I would give it back in a second because of how it worked out. Now, i don't have small weeks. My average is 2500-3000. This week is 3700. My quarterly miles are 34,300 this quarter. That's an average of 2858 per week.

    TruckDuo and paul_4lp Thank this.

By the way, it's a mediocre company to you because you don't understand how it works. I have an inverter, an APU, the freedom to make my own decisions on how I do my job. There is also a benefit of sticking at a company for a while. I reap the benefits of being a good employee and driver. If I get a "bad" load, I know theres a good one right around the corner. If you stay at a place for a while, you'd figure that out but for some reason, you think that they should cater to you. You're at a company the same way I am. At their will.

    TruckDuo and paul_4lp Thank this.
