    Yup done that run a few times. They have two shippers in NC they use a lot in Wilson and Rocky Mount NC.

    Think he had a Florida problem ... Which you always have with reefer unless ALL the stars line up on the day you get empty ...to get loaded on the same day. Ran reefer back in 97-2001 and was same issues ...think I pulled the same juice loads out of Lake Wales .... I prob would of stuck it out at Heyl as his length of haul as pretty long ( but .48 at shaffer is inviting as long as you get enough miles)

    When I was there I had no problem getting miles.. no more than one short load at a time to get me to a long load.
    The appointment times sucked a lot along with heavy northeast but hey you can't have everything.

    Anybody who isn't interested in reading about the OP's current job at Shaffer, move on to another thread. Taking personal shots at the OP isn't adding anything useful and makes other members less likely to share information.

    the long miles were good,but how about the short trips if you are spending a full day with a 300 mile trip that has got to hurt. unless they pay more for the short miles, be safe out there
