I know Paul Taylor ,he was my lawyer for a company I sued for wrongful termination.he and his son are reAl good lawyers.

 

they are not even allowed to tell you over the phone to go take a drug test..They can say go to the clinic but they must never say its for a drug test,

 

There's been members on here that went thru the same thing but it's not illegal and there's a law stating even if off duty if you get called for a drug test you must comply.maybe someone can post that law.

 

Do you have a link to some rules or regulations that would back that up?

FMCSA says different.I've seen the law but don't know how to find it from this itty bitty phone I'm using.it says something like if u get called to take a drug test even if off duty you must comply.so that's basically saying companies can tell the driver to go take a drug test over the phone.if you disagree then please post the law that says companies cannot tell the driver it's a drug test.

 

I don't have the green book I'm sure it's online.can u find that law so I can read it myself.
